    1. 1.Start on the 'Your Numbers' tab — enter what the carriage and conversion will cost you, and read your verdict: net profit, payback, return and break-even on one screen.
    2. 2.Set a realistic nightly rate and occupancy month by month in 'Pricing & Occupancy'; enter your running costs in 'Annual P&L'. Every result updates as you type.
    3. 3.Once you're live, log real bookings in the 'Booking Tracker' and work the 'Launch & Ops Checklist'.
