We operate on a retainer basis for family offices, private equity principals, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals who require European rail procurement handled without their direct involvement. Our engagements are governed by mutual NDA as standard. We specialise in securing sold-out inventory — including Venice Simplon-Orient-Express Grand Suites, Nightjet private doubles, and full-carriage buyouts on heritage routes — through operator relationships that are not accessible to the public or standard travel agents. Route logistics, private transfers, on-board catering commissions, and group co-ordination are managed entirely by our team. You are contacted only when a decision is required.
